The Principles and Values programme aims to support Red Cross/Red Crescent National Societies to prevent and tackle discrimination and stigma, prevent and mitigate violence, and promote transformation of mindset, attitudes and behavior in their community towards a culture of non-violence and social inclusion. The report contains evaluations of the following programme components: 1) Youth as Agents of Behavioral Change, 2) Discrimination, including gender discrimination, 3) Violence Prevention, Mitigation and Response, including gender based violence
