This very technical booklet is based on extensive research of the causes and effect of windstorm damage to buildings. It contains the standards for plan types drawing, technical details, features of materials and descriptions to design and build a safe room for less than 16 occupants, that should provide a high degree of occupant protection during extreme windstorms (tornados and hurricanes).
