This document is a part of a policy framework of joint operating principles that guide the humanitarian community’s work in Yemen endorsed by the Humanitarian Country Team (HCT). The content of this guidance document has taken considerable time and energy of the INGO community in Yemen to compile and reach agreement on. It’s focus is on what information we do and do not share with other actors, particularly the authorities. Should INGOs require any clarification, or are unclear how to implement this guidance on any of the agreed points, please contact the INGO Coordination Unit.
