Esteban León, UN-Habitat, discussed the scoping paper, case studies and draft guidelines UN-Habitat is developing regarding land issues, including access, rights and land administration. UN-Habitat are also preparing a toolkit concerned with land rights in a variety of situations. During the discussion following the presentation, participants stressed the value of the guidelines and their wide dissemination.
