This report presents a preliminary analysis of household expenditureon water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) as a proportion of total expenditures. It shows disaggregated estimates of the populations using sewer connections and on-site sanitation systems (see Section 3), since they lead to different kinds of excreta management.
