HLP in Emergencies

In an emergency, when people have to flee their homes, they are forced to leave behind their land and their house. When the emergency is over and they want them back, often the house is destroyed and the land occupied by others. Providing shelter to affected families requires dealing with land and property issues, verifying and securing tenure to prevent disputes and help solutions last.
