Global WASH Cluster: Localization Agenda

This presentation throws light on the active participation of local and national actors by creating an environment for the inclusion of local and national actors in effective and accountable humanitarian WASH coordination. The presenter, Monica Ramos, introduced a new strategy for WASH cluster in 2022-2025, which is a revamped vision of the previous strategy with new objectives and more focus on localisation. This new strategy will  ensure active participation, meaningful representation and decisive leadership of local and national actors. Ramos also mentioned that joint advocacy for localization and inclusion and localisation working groups will be set up.
