This publication focuses on cyberbullying and states that "Preventing crime is everybody’s business, so why not work together to do it?" In the past year, 43 percent of teens have been cyberbullied and only 11 percent of those teens talked to parents about the incident. Youth who are being cyberbullied may feel helpless and feel they have nowhere to turn. The document stresses on a community wide effort for the prevention of cyberbullying.
