This guidelines by the Mozambique Red Cross Society deals specifically with the use of accommodation centres in pre-existing infrastructures. Properly managed, existing buildings can become safe places where displaced people can temporarily live with access to vital services and protection. The document go through the process of selection, evaluation and adapting criteria.
