This Collection is part of the 'Self-Recovery Channel' aimed at improving to critically reflect and engage with the important humanitarian actors in how to take this research forward and apply the policy in the field to alleviate the suffering of the populations after a natural disaster.
Current guidance comes from leading global organizations: CARE, Centre for Education and Research in Humanitarian Action, European Commission, Global Shelter Cluster, International Federation of Red Cross (IFRC), Overseas Development Institute (ODI), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), Centre for Development and Emergency Practice (CENDEP)
