Mental Resilience in Covid-19 E-Training

The Covid-19 pandemic is a stressful time as we are not only challenged to cope with the uncertain new normal but we are also burdened about the more uncertain tomorrow. Mental resilience is critical not only to adapt but to thrive in these unprecedented times. The Mental Resilience in Covid-19 E-training contains carefully-selected 12 online courses that provide very practical and relevant information in building mental resilience in sellf and others through Psychological First Aid (PFA), Psychosocial Support (PSS), Positive Psychology, Anxiety Management and Stress Management. The courses can be found on Future Learn, Coursera, Crisis and Trauma Resource Institute (CTRI), Anger Management U and Wild Iris Medical Education. Instructions and trainings are provided by reputed schools and health organizations such as John Hopkins University, Public Health England, University of Michigan, University of Toronto.
